I’m off to San Diego for a week of family and relaxation. It seems many Las Vegans make a July or August retreat to Southern California when the heat gets unbearable. I’m happy to leave my city in the hands of the many tourists flocking here on their summer vacations. After all, they will leave with lightened wallets and purses having made deposits at the local casinos.
